Jaya Trishindo welcomes two new investors with a total purchase of 109 million shares
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, November 14, PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), which operates in the helicopter rental service industry, acquired new investment from two individual investors at the same time, with a total purchase of 109.21 million shares. Surya Ismail Bahari purchased 54.60 million shares, while Brian Iskandar Hasjim purchased 54.61 million shares. These two investors each now have a final ownership percentage of 6.56%.
Aside from HELI, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST), a telecommunications services firm, welcomed a new investor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, through the purchase of 261.96 million shares with a share ownership of 24.20%. PT Persada Inti Sejahtera, on the other side, was seen selling 216.51 million JAST shares instead.
Furthermore, PT Global Dinamika Kencana bought 40 million shares of PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA) in the field of technological medical equipment and supplies, followed by PT Damai Investasi, which purchased 21.80 million shares of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), a construction and mining vehicle rental services company.
PT Monjess Investama sold another 15 million shares of telecoms product distributor PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT) on the share sales list. Then, in the industrial and machine tool industry, PT Dua Putra Bersinergi sold 36.50 million shares of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk (ISAP). PT Capital Life Syariah sold approximately 28.24 million shares of PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk (CARE) in the health services sector. Finally, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 10.84 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise. (KD)
