JAKARTA. PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO), distributor of sanitation products and exclusive agent for the TOTO brand from Japan, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 67.5 billion.

Efendy Gojali, Vice President Director of SPTO, said the plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors. "It has been approved by the board of commissioners on November 14 2023," said Gojali, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

The interim dividend will be distributed to SPTO shareholders, whose names are recorded in the shareholder register on November 27 2023. Interim dividend payment is scheduled for December 14, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, SPTO recorded a net profit of IDR 149.83 billion as of September 30 2023. The company also has a retained earnings balance of IDR 491.08 billion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 2.19 trillion.

Currently, 40% of TOTO shares are controlled by public investors, with individual ownership below 5%. PT Multifortuna Asindo owns 30% of the shares and PT Suryaparamitra Abadi 30%. (KR/LM)
