Visi Media Asia reduces its stake in Intermedia Capital (MDIA)
JAKARTA - On Thursday, November 16, mass media business and investor PT Visi Media Asia Tbk sold 192.15 million shares of PT Intermedia Capital Tbk (MDIA). Through this transaction, Visi Media Asia reduced its stake from 90% to 89.51% of the television broadcasting firm.
