JAKARTA. PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) plans to distribute cash dividend of IDR 55.34 billion or IDR 25 per share.

Lydia Toisuta, Corporate Secretary of AMOR, mentioned that said plan follows the result of Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on November 16, 2023. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 59.8% of the net profit on fiscal year 2023 as cash dividend.

According to IDNFinancials data, AMOR scored net profit of IDR 92.58 billion as of June 30, 2023. The retained earnings were recorded at IDR 61.4 billion, and its total equity clocked up to IDR 290.56 billion.

The cash dividend will be given to AMOR’s shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on November 28, 2023. The payment will follow on December 4, 2023.

As of now, 60.04% of AMOR’s shares is under the control of Ashmore Investment Management Limited. PT Adikarsa Sarana owns another 13.05%, followed by Ronaldus Gandahusada of 6.3%, FX Eddy Hartanto of 5.63%, Arief Cahyadi Wana of 5.4%, Steven Satya Yudha 0.01%, and public investors of 9.18%. (KR/ZH)
