JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), an automotive component manufacturer, has received dividend income of IDR 50.47 billion.

The dividend income obtained by SMSM comes from 3 subsidiaries, namely PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM), PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC), and Hydraxle Perkasa (HP). The value of dividends received by the company from each subsidiary is IDR 34.13 billion from PJM, IDR 12.52 billion from PTC, and IDR 3.82 billion from HP.

"There is no impact of these events, information or material facts on the company's legal operational activities, financial condition or business continuity," said Ang Andri Pribadi, Finance Director of SMSM, in his official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, SMSM sales up to September 30, 2023 were recorded at IDR 3.76 trillion. Meanwhile, net profit was recorded at IDR 694.83 billion.

In its financial report, PJM is a subsidiary of SMSM which was founded in 1985 and carries out business activities in the filter industry for heavy equipment. Meanwhile, PTC carries out business activities in the field of spare parts trading, and HP in the field of vehicle component manufacturing. (KR/LM)
