Unilever Indonesia to distribute interim dividend of IDR 2.4 trillion
JAKARTA. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) announces its plan of interim dividend distribution of IDR 2.4 trillion or IDR 63 per share.
Nurdiana Darus, Corporate Secretary of UNVR, said that this plan is in line with the decision made by the board of directors of the company. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 24, 2023,” she mentioned in the official disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be given to shareholders of UNVR whose names have been registered by the recording date on December 8, 2023. The interim dividend payment is scheduled to take place on December 19, 2023.
According to IDNFinancials data, UNVR scored net profit of IDR 2.76 trillion at the end of June 2023. It also still recorded retained earnings of IDR 3.75 trillion and total equity of IDR 3.94 trillion.
As of now, 85% of UNVR is under the control of Unilever Indonesia Holding B.V. Meanwhile, the remaining 15% goes to retail investors, with ownership portion of less than 5% each. (KR/ZH)
