JAKARTA - On Tuesday, November 21, market hints began with the transfer of shares from two issuers to two new investors. PT Digital Futurama Global transferred 1.30 billion shares of advertising issuer PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR) to new investor PT Maju Terang Bangsa, increasing this investor's ownership to 20.34%. Furthermore, PT Persada Inti Sejahtera transferred 108.25 million shares of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) to new investor PT Jast Infotek Group, making the investor a 10% shareholder.

A construction and mining vehicle rental service firm, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), was also involved in the share sale and purchase. PT Damai Investama Sukses was seen purchasing 34.80 million TRJA shares, while PT Aneka sold 5.79 million TRJA shares instead. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund then sold 8.28 million shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).

Manoj Pitamber Nanwani, an individual investor, then bought 5 million shares of PT Wintermar Offshore Maritime Tbk (WINS) in the offshore marine industry, followed by Sabana Prawirawidjaja, who purchased 607,600 shares of his own beverage production company, PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). Finally, DB Spore SES CLT A/C For NTasian Discovery Master Fund purchased another 4.42 million shares of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) and now holds 5.30% shares of the leasing company. (KD)
