JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), a property developer under Sinarmas Group, booked net profit of IDR 915 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2023, soaring as high as 91.8% year-on-year (yoy).

DUTI’s net profit surge in 9M 2023 is supported by its operating revenue that reached IDR 2.90 trillion. Compared to the same period last year, its operating revenue in 9M 2023 is 36.90% higher.

Most of operating revenue of DUTI in 9M 2023 came from unit sales/development, covering 81% of total revenue. Meanwhile, the remaining 19% was received from recurring income.

Teky Mailoa, President Directr of DUTI, mentioned that this achievement cannot be separated from varied and consistent product innovation. “It is a track record of our business expansion for 36 years in Indonesia,” he said in the official release.

In the future, Mailoa said that DUTI will continue to innovate in developing advanced, innovative, and green products, as well as its alternative property segment. “It is projected that the positive trend will be shown by logistics, multifamily, built-to-rent, other horizontal projects in the future,” Mailoa stated.
