JAKARTA. PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR), an electric power producer operating since 1993, will distribute an interim dividend of US$30 million or around IDR 29.47 per share.

Ko Rina, Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager at POWR, stated that the plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors. "It was approved by the board of commissioners on November 28, 2023," said Rina through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

The interim dividend will be distributed to POWR shareholders, whose names were recorded at the recording date on December 11, 2023. Meanwhile, interim dividend payment is scheduled for December 20, 2023.

The financial data underlying POWR's interim dividend distribution is net profit which reached US$76.81 million as of September 30 2023. In addition, the company also has a retained earnings balance of US$323.7 million.

According to infinancials.com data, 31.07% of POWR shares are owned by PT Udinda Wahanatama. PT Brasali Industri Pratama owns 27.15% of the shares, PT Pentakencana Pakarperdana 27.15%, retail investors 13.20%, and other small portions are owned by a number of the company's board of directors and commissioners.
