PMJS and Mitsubishi established a subsidiary with IDR 34 billion investment
JAKARTA. PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) through their respective subsidiaries, have established a new business entity with the name PT Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor (DSSM).
Ie Putra, Vice President Director of PMJS, said that the subsidiary was established with an investment of IDR 34 billion. PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO) as a subsidiary of the company owns 10% of DSSM shares. PT MC Auto Consulting Indonesia (MCAI) as a subsidiary of MC owns 70% of the shares.
Apart from that, PT Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors (SDIM) and PT Sun Star Prima Motor (SSPM) also own 10% of DSSM shares each.
"This transaction aims to develop DIPO's business in the future," said Putra, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
According to idnfinancials.com data, PMJS had cash and cash equivalents of IDR 519.21 billion as of September 30, 2023. The company also had total assets of IDR 4.48 trillion and its total equity was recorded at IDR 2.79 trillion. (KR/LM)
