JAKARTA. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), a real estate management and development company, is optimistic about achieving its 2023 marketing sales target of IDR 1.8 trillion according to the target it has set.

Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, said that so far the company's marketing sales performance has reached IDR 1.37 trillion as of September 30, 2023. "About 76.16% of the 2023 target," said Suwanto in his official statement.

Most of DMAS' marketing sales in the first nine months (9M) of 2023 were contributed by land sales in the industrial sector. Then, the acquisition of marketing sales was also supported by the sales performance of the residential and commercial sectors.

Suwanto admitted that currently demand for industrial land is still quite high. Around 35% of this demand comes from the data center sector. Apart from that, the company also receives requests from a number of other sectors such as FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), logistics, and automotive.

To meet this demand, DMAS continues to improve infrastructure facilities and ease of access to assets developed by the company, such as Kota Deltamas. (KR/LM)
