JAKARTA. PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), a holding company in the coal sector, announced plans to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 32.13 billion or IDR 25 per share.

Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, said that the plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors several days ago. "It was approved by the board of commissioners on November 29, 2023," said Yusman, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Interim dividends will be given to TEBE shareholders, whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on December 13, 2023. Furthermore, interim dividend payments are scheduled for December 22, 2023.

The financial data underlying TEBE's interim dividend distribution is net profit which reached IDR 171.81 billion as of September 30 2023. Apart from that, the company also has an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 656.09 billion.

According to idnfinancials.com data, 39.31% of TEBE shares are controlled by PT Prima Mineral Utama. Public investors own 32.70% of shares, South Bay Capital Pte. Ltd. owns 8.89% shares, Hoch Ventures Pte. Ltd. 8.31%, PT Robust Buana Tunggal 7.32%, and other small portions are owned by several members of the company's directors and commissioners. (KR/LM)
