JAKARTA. CEO of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk Tandean Rustandy won the award the Best CEO in Building Products Material, initiated by Tempo.co and IDNFinancials.com last Friday (1/12). The event, which took place at the Sofitel Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali, was attended by more than 100 CEOs of public companies.

PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (RNA) is granted this award due to its success in generating steady performance growth from 2019 to 2022, even in Q3 2023. As a public company that produces environmentally friendly certified ceramic, porcelain, and granite tiles, Rustandy is considered capable of maintaining the company's consistent growth.

Rustandy is a hard worker. During the pandemic, Tandean continued to work hard, to the point that he went to the factory every day to interact and communicate with employees and unite the team to develop strategies to face the pandemic. This hard work resulted in ever-increasing growth, which continued to take place. Even when other companies struggled with the impact of the crisis, ARNA actually posted revenue of IDR 2.2 trillion and net profit of IDR 323.01 billion. This achievement slightly increased from before the pandemic, namely in 2019, with revenue of IDR 2.15 trillion and net profit of IDR 215.53 billion.

Performance continued to soar in 2021 with revenue reaching IDR 2.55 trillion and net profit of IDR 470.90 billion. It continued to increase until the end of 2022 with revenue of IDR 2.6 trillion and net profit of IDR 576.21 billion. In the third quarter of 2023, ARNA posted revenue of IDR 1.84 trillion and net profit of IDR 352.66 billion. With this performance, the net profit CAGR over a period of 5 years was recorded at 29.76%. Meanwhile, the dividend yield CAGR was 11.56%.

In terms of sustainability concept implementation, ARNA has succeeded in gaining national and international acknowledgment, which includes consecutive green awards given from 2021 until now.
