JAKARTA. PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (SAPX), a logistics and shipping company, has signed a cooperation agreement regarding goods shipping with PT Semangat Logistik Andalan (SLA).

In a contract signed earlier this month, SAPX provides shipping services to accommodate works commissioned by SLA. In addition, the company will also offer host-to-host system integrated with SLA's service to track the goods in real time.

Denny Parhan, Corporate Secretary of SAPX, said that this cooperation will last for one year. "The value of this contract within this cooperation agreement is yet to be determined," he added. 

Parhan said that through this contract, SAPX will be able to form partnership relation with clients connected to marketplaces. Furthermore, this cooperation is believed to contribute positively towards the company's revenue in the future.

According to IDNFinancials data, SAPX scored net profit of IDR 6.38 billion within the first nine months (9M) of 2023. The net profit is supported by revenue that reached IDR 448.91 billion. (KR/ZH)
