JAKARTA - On Monday, November 27, PT Alam Permai became a new investor in PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), purchasing 5.86 billion shares. As a result, the investor now owns 5.43% of this company that manufactures electric vehicle batteries. Boy Thohir, on the other hand, sold 1.03 billion MBMA shares instead, leaving a share ownership of around 8.48%.

Aside from MBMA, two other investors also made new investments in different issuers. EFG Bank AG purchased 1.82 billion shares of the property company PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk (JGLE) for an 8.07% stake, followed by PT Monaspermata Persada, which purchased 49.45 million shares of electrical cable and telecommunications producer PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk (JECC) for a 32.73% stake. PT Damai Investama Sukses then purchased 75.18 million shares of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), a company that rents construction and mining vehicles. Hasim Sutiono was the last investor to buy shares in the financial technology company PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH), purchasing 1.10 million shares.

Meanwhile, Prajogo Pangestu was seen selling 795.28 million shares of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) in the petrochemical products industry. GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 16.44 million shares of digital firm PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while PT DMS Investama sold 7 million shares of property developer PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA). BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds completed the list of market hints by selling 603,100 shares of ceramic maker PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). (KD)
