JAKARTA. President Director of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) Rustiyan Oen has won the Best CEO in Healthcare Provider title at the TOP CEO Awards 2023, which was held by Tempo-IDNFinancials in Nusa Dua Bali last week.

This award was given for Rustiyan Oen's success in maintaining MIKA's business growth, as well as his ability to implement Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. This award was also given to 42 key figures in a number of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

For the record, Rustiyan Oen has served as President Director of MIKA since 2014. Before serving in this position, Rustiyan Oen was the Managing Director of thecompany since 1997.

According to idnfinancials.com data, MIKA's net  revenue grew 2.93% year-on-year (yoy) in the first nine months (9M) of 2023 to IDR 3.16 trillion. Meanwhile, its net profit has reached IDR 686.1 billion as of September 30, 2023.

Currently, MIKA operates 29 hospitals, consisting of 20 Mitra Keluarga Hospitals and 9 Kasih Hospitals. The company will also build its 30th hospital in Bekasi and is targeted to operate by the end of this year.

In today's trading, MIKA's share price closed up 80 points or 3% to IDR 2,780 per share. The company's market capitalization was recorded at IDR 38.66 trillion, the highest market capitalization value for a listed company in the health service provider industry sub-sector. (KR/LM)
