JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) will prepare interim dividend of IDR 298.79 billion or IDR 6 per share.

Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of TOWR, said that this plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors of the company. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on December 5, 2023,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The interim dividend will be given to TOWR’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on December 18, 2023. Then, the interim dividend payment is set on December 22, 2023.

The financial record that becomes the base of interim dividend allocation of TOWR is net profit of IDR 2.43 trillion, recorded as of November 30, 2023. Furthermore, it also recorded retained earnings of IDR 16.16 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 16.1 trillion.

As of now, 54.42% of TOWR is under the control of PT Sapta Adhikari Investama. Public investors own another 37.56%, followed by PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan of 25.51%, Ferdinandus Aming Santoso of 5%, and the remaining portion goes to individual investors with below 1% stock ownership each. (KR/ZH)
