Allocating IDR 93.47 billion, Temas Lestari raise stakes in TMAS
JAKARTA - PT Temas Lestari (TL) raises its stock portion by 1.09% to 81.93% in PT Temas Tbk (TMAS) in a transaction taking place yesterday (5/12). The total transaction value reaches IDR 93.47 billion.
Marthalia Vigita, Corporate Secretary of Temas, confirmed that the number of acquired shares is 623,133,800, bought for IDR 150 each. “The number of shares post-transaction rises to 46,745,781,600 shares from 46,122,647,800 shares prior,” she said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (7/12).
This portion increase is intended as investment. As of October 31, 2023, TL owned 80.94% of total 57.05 billion shares of TMAS, followed by Harto Khusumo, the ultimate beneficiary of shares, who had another 0.02%. Gannya Zheng owned another 0.4%, followed by Faty Khusumo of 0.6%, Wong Chau Lin of 0.03%, Sutikno Khusumo of 0.09%, Tiffany Khusumo 0%, and public investors of 17.69%. Treasury stock is equal to 0.32% of total shares.
For the record, the market capitalisation of TMAS was recorded at IDR 8.4 trillion yesterday (6/12). It was closed at IDR 148 per share, after recording transaction of 6,441,700 shares over 731 transactions worth IDR 963.02 million. (LK/ZH)
