JAKARTA - The shares of PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT), which is engaged in the property and hotel industries, were transferred to a new investor on Tuesday, November 28. PT Jan Darmadi Investindo, the majority shareholder, transferred 154.68 million JSPT shares to foreign investor Citibank Switzerland S/A Stiber Investments S.A.R.L., making this new investor currently hold 6.67% of JSPT shares.

The sale and purchase of shares also involved the hotel academy company, PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA). PT Idea Asia Investama was seen selling 11.10 million shares of IDEA, while individual investor Eka Murniasih purchased 850,000 million shares of the company for a 6.23% stake. PT Jast Infotek Group resumed the share buy, purchasing 108.25 million shares of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) in the telecommunications services sector, followed by PT Sungai Budi, which purchased 1.32 million shares of cooking oil manufacturer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA).

Individual investor Prajogo Pangestu then sold 520 million shares of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA), leaving 7.79% of the petrochemical supplier company's shares. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold approximately 11.27 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). PT Ungaran Sari Garments sold 10 million shares of PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX) in the textile manufacturing industry. Finally, DB Spore SES CLT A/C for NTAsian Discovery Master Fund sold 8.18 million shares of PT BFI Finance Tbk (BFIN), a leasing company. (KD)
