JAKARTA. PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), a coal mining company and high-pressure laminate (HPL) manufacturer, will carry out stock dividend distribution worth IDR 66.3 billion.

Leny, Corporate Secretary of KKGI, mentioned that the number of stock dividend allocated by the company is 170 million shares, following the result of the General Meeting of Shareholders last week. In this meeting, the market price used as a base for stock capitalisation is IDR 390 per share.

“The ratio of stock dividend if 250:9,” Leny further mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The stock dividend will be disbursed to shareholders whose names are listed by the recording date on December 19, 2023. Then, the stock dividend will be channelled out on January 10, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, KKGI booked oerating revenue of USD 236.23 million as of September 2023. Meanwhile, the net profit was recorded at USD 27.21 million. (KR/ZH)
