JAKARTA - PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) will issue interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 200.25 billion. This plan had been decided by the board of directors, following the approval by the board of commissioners yesterday (12/12).

In the information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (13/12), Wiriady Widjaja, Corporate Secretary of Roda Vivatex, confirmed that the company will distribute interim dividend of IDR 745 per share on January 12, 2024.

The interim dividend allocation refers to Financial Report as of September 2023, recording net profit of IDR 221.16 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 2.84 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.99 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to December 21-22, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on December 27-28. The shareholders entitled to this dividend will refer to the Official Register of Shareholders by December 27. (LK/ZH)
