JAKARTA. PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) announces quite ambitious marketing sales target for 2024, IDR 5.5 trillion.

This target is 161% higher than the marketing sales projection in 2023, estimated to reach IDR 2.1 trillion. The management of PANI said that this target will be supported by acquisition of 7 companies.

Those 7 companies acquired by PANI through rights issue II are PT Bumindo Mekar Wibawa, PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, PT Jaya Indah Sentosa, PT Karunia Utama Selaras, PT Kemilau Karya Utama, PT Sharindo Mitratama, dan PT Sumber Cipta Utama. In addition, the company will also acquire PT Panorama Eka Tunggal for extra landbank.

Sugianto Kusuma, President Director of PANI, said that this target is in line with the company’s long term business strategy. “We are highly optimistic about PANI’s future business prospects and Indonesia’s economic growth in general,” he stated in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

After this acquisition, PANI is confident of being able to boost next year’s marketing sales performance through various products. Starting from upper-middle landed house with the price range set to IDR 1 billion to IDR 60 billion per unit, commercial products with price ranging from IDR 3.5 billion to IDR 11.3 billion per unit, as well as commercial building lots.

In terms of composition, PANI projects next year’s marketing sales to be dominated by commercial products, with 42% contribution, followed by 36% from landed houses and 22% from commercial land sale. (KR/ZH)
