JAKARTA - PT Tera Data Indonusa Tbk (AXIO), a laptop manufacturer, distributed net interim dividend of IDR 15.20 billion, or IDR 9 per share, for the fiscal year 2023 yesterday (12/12).

Michael Sugiarto, President Director of AXIO, said that total listed shares according to Official Register of Shareholders reach 1,690,126,500. Total number of dividend beneficiaries reportedly clocks up to 2,853 sub-accounts.

Previously, this issuer said that cash interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 was set to IDR 52.56 billion or IDR 9 per share. Said decision was made following the approval of the board of commissioners on November 10.

The interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 is allocated based on Financial Data as of September 2023, consisting net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 87.52 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 196.66 billion, and total equity of IDR 549.94 billion. (LK/ZH)
