JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) will distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 worth IDR 39.45 billion on January 15, 2024.

Chandra Irawan, Corporate Secretary of IPCC, said that the board of commissioner agreed on interim dividend distribution plan of H1 2023 of IDR 21.7 per share. “The interim dividend is allocated to 1.81 billion shares issued and listed on Official Register of Shareholders as of December 13, 2023,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (14/12).

The cum and ex interim dividend in the regular and negotiation market are set to December 28-29, followed by the cum and ex interim dividend in the cash market on January 2-3, 2024.

Until June 2023, IPCC’s net profit was recorded at IDR 78.91 billion, shifting positively from IDR 45.41 billion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 1.24 trillion, down from IDR 1.61 trillion seen in December 2022. (LK/ZH)
