JAKARTA - On Tuesday, December 12, the majority shareholders of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), namely PT Multi Artha Pratama, were observed adding more PANI shares to their collection. Multi Artha purchased 1.84 billion PANI shares, making it the holder of an 89.48% stake in the property company.

Three individual investors also reported share purchases, starting with Eka Murniasih, who purchased 3 million shares of PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA), a hotel academy company. Hasim Sutiono then purchased 1.50 million shares of PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH), a financial technology company, followed by Sabana Prawirawidjaja, who purchased 1.01 million shares of his own beverage production company, PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). Then, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk purchased 1.41 million shares of PT Energi Merdeka Persada Tbk (ENRG), an oil and gas company.

In contrast, PT Mega Asta Raya had the largest share sales, selling 85.87 million shares of PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk (BESS), a sea and river transportation company. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 55.43 million shares of the digital corporation owned by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore then sold 4.13 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a telecommunications infrastructure company. The last two investors, OCBC SEC Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd for the oil and gas company PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS) and PT Aneka for the construction vehicle rental services company and PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) mining, were seen selling their shares in the range of 1 million shares each.
