JAKARTA - PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA) will issue Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah II Phase II Year 2024 worth IDR 750 billion, which will be used as means of refinancing and investment. The public offering of these sharia securities will take place from January 4 to 8, 2024.

In the short prospectus quoted today (18/12), Sukuk Ijarah is offered with a full commitment, worth IDR 273.78 billion, consisting of series A of IDR 264.18 billion and series B of IDR 9.6 billion. The remaining IDR 476.22 billion will be guaranteed with best effort.

Half (50%) of the proceeds of the full-commitment sukuk, worth IDR 273.78 billion, will be used for refinancing its series A of Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase IV Year 2021 of IDR 469 billion. Ijarah yield instalment reaches IDR 48.08 billion, which will mature on May 4, 2024. The outstanding amount id IDR 136.89 billion.

The other 50% will be used to build backbone and access, including data centre and ducting, as well as reinforcing existing network capacity and increasing new network capacity.

The assigned lead underwriter and underwriters of this sukuk ijarah issuance are PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Suco Sekuritas, and PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia. PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) will act as trustee. (LK/ZH)
