JAKARTA - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) obtains a loan facility worth USD 197 million for improving its working capital and covering general operational needs.

Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of DSSA, mentioned that this loan facility is secured from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). “The loan facility is guaranteed with the company’s assets,” she added in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (19/12).

Until September 2023, this issuer’s current assets were recorded at USD 1.13 billion, equal to approximately 50% of current assets seen in December 2022 of USD 2.26 billion. Its total equity was reported at USD 1.58 billion, almost reaching 50% of total equity in December 2022 of USD 2.99 billion.

After securing this loan facility, the debt-to-equity ratio of DSSA shot up by 12.40%. In Q3 2023, it was at 167.8%. Meanwhile, its liabilities-to-equity ratio was at 62.8%, while liabilities to asset ratio was 38.6%. (LK/ZH)
