JAKARTA. PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), a gold jewellery manufacturer and trading company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of gold jewellery export with Bright Metal Refiners (BMR).

In an MoU dated December 15, 2023, HRTA is said to export gold jewellery with total orders of 500 kilograms. This order will be completed within three months, spanning from December 15, 2023, to March 15, 2024, or until the total orders are completed. 

The transaction value of this gold jewellery export is estimated to reach USD 30.02 million or approximately IDR 465.21 billion. "This transaction value does not exceed 20% of the company's total equity. Thus, it is not categorised as material transaction," said Ong Deny, Corporate Secretary of HRTA, in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, BMR is also a company engaged in the gold jewellery manufacturing and trading industry. It is based in India. (KR/ZH)
