JAKARTA - On Monday, December 18, PT Investasi Sukses Bersama acquired 452.28 million shares of PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) through five different securities companies, giving it a 5.85% stake. Era Media Sejahtera is a company that offers advertising and management consulting services. After that, individual investor Magnus Jaya also purchased approximately 20.46 million shares of real estate developer PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), followed by foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, which purchased 867,100 shares of hotel management company PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST).

Three individual investors, on the other hand, reduced their ownership of PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU), a wood processing company. Wawan Setyawan initiated this action by selling nearly 28 million shares; Aldo Pratama Purnomo sold 1.90 million shares; and Lukas Halimanto sold 606,100 shares.

Sabana Prawira Widjaja, another individual investor, let go of 6 million shares in the beverage company PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). The foreign company GOTO Peopleverse Fund then extended the sale of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, as many as 170.77 million shares this time. Lastly, PT Ungaran Sari Garments sold 12.32 million shares of textile company PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX), while PT Aneka sold 2 million shares of industrial vehicle rental company PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA).
