JAKARTA - OK Next Co, Ltd sold 3.67% of its shares in PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) in connection with the increase in free float shares. As of November 30 2023, this issuer's free float shares were recorded at 3.83% or amounting to 646.71 million shares.

In an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (21/12), Park Young Man, President Director of Oke Bank said that after the sale, the total share ownership by OK Next Co, Ltd decreased by 625 million shares to 15.28 billion (89.73%) from the previous figure of 15.91 billion (93.4%). The transaction price for the share release is set at IDR 120 per share. Based on the calculation, the value can reach IDR 75 billion.

As of November 2023, the number of DNAR shares is 17.03 billion with an ownership structure of 93.4% controlling shareholders and 6.6% non-controlling shareholders. The final beneficiary of share ownership is Yoon Choi. The controlling shareholder is J&K Capital, Nagoyashi, Japan. 

OK Next Co, Ltd is the controller of DNAR, previously known as Apro Financial Co. This name change took place last week (12/12). (LK/LM)
