JAKARTA - PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) aims to secure fresh funds of IDR 75 billion in a rights issue by offering 187.5 billion shares on January 8-19, 2024. The company has been granted approval to issue new shares from its portfolio of 600 million shares.

In the short prospectus quoted Friday (22/12), its authorised capitalㅌ is recorded at IDR 150 billion, followed by the issued and paid-up capital of IDR 60 billion. The shareholders consist of PT Panorama Tirta Anugerah (PTA) of 44.25%, Satrijanto Tirtawisata of 7.81%, Budijanto Tirtawisata of 6.25%, Ramajanto Tirtawisata of 6.04%, Dharmayanto Tirtawisata of 4.99%, Hellen of 0.00%, and the public of 30.66%. Meanwhile, the stock portfolio consists of 1.8 billion shares worth IDR 90 billion.

PTA, as the owner of 44.25% of PANR, declares its willingness to exercise its rights according to its portion, which are over 82.96 million shares.

The company will use the rights issue proceeds to pay back loans to the bank worth IDR 7.5 billion, leaving the remaining to be used as working capital, including marketing and operational activities carried out alongside non-affiliate.

As of June 2023, PANS’s current assets were at IDR 560.91 billion, while its short-term liabilities were at IDR 466.18 billion and total equity of IDR 646.12 billion. (LK/ZH)
