JAKARTA. PT Suryabumi Agrolanggeng (SA), one of many subsidiaries of PT Gozco Plantation Tbk (GZCO), has obtained a loan facility worth IDR 450 billion from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) or BSI.

Yongki Tedja, Director of GZCO, mentioned that said facility will be allocated to SA’s working capital. In addition, Tedja mentioned that the facility will also be utilised by SA for “business development of the company (replanting) and/or the company group.”

According to IDNFinancials data, SA is a subsidiary of GZCO engaged in the palm plantation business. The company controls 99.50% of SA. SA’s total assets until September 30, 2023, were recorded at IDR 1.46 trillion.

Meanwhile, cash and bank of GZCO, as of September 2023, were reported at IDR 46.92 billion. GZCO’s total assets were at IDR 1.73 trillion, while its equity was IDR 1.16 trillion. (KR/ZH)
