JAKARTA. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) will distribute interim dividend of USD 20 million for 22.61 billion of its shares.

Said plan is in line with the decision made by the boards of commissioners and directors of BSSR dated December 22, 2023. The interim dividend will be given to shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on January 9, 2024.

The cum date of interim dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to January 5, while the cash market follows on January 9, 2024. The interim dividend payment will be made on January 24, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BSSR had also granted interim dividend in September 2023. At that time, the total interim dividend allocated by the company is USD 60 million or equal to approximately IDR 915.6 billion. (KR/ZH)
