Erajaya Swasembada’s subsidiary to receive IDR 32.25 billion extra capital
JAKARTA. One of many subsidiaries of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), PT Era Sukses Abadi (ESA), has reportedly received extra capital of IDR 32.25 billion from its shareholders.
Amelia Allen, Corporate Secretary of ERAA, revealed that said additional capital is channelled from PT Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM), PT Data Citra Mandiri (DCM), PT Erafone Artha Retailindo, and the company. With this added capital, the issued and paid-up capital of ESA rose to IDR 399.5 billion.
“It is to be used as working capital,” Allen said in the official disclosure.
After this extra capital, ERAA acquires 46.93% of ESA. TAM claims another 21.27%, while DCM has another 7.81%, followed by EAR of 23.99% and Budiarto Halim of 0.003%.
According to IDNFinancials data, ESA is a business entity under ERAA established in 2011. As of September 30, 2023, ESA’s total assets before elimination were recorded at IDR 332.43 billion. (KR/ZH)
