JAKARTA. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), a coal mining company under Sinarmas Group, has obtained a loan facility worth USD 181.5 million.

Said loan facility is given by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) and PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA), as stated by Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of DSSA. “This loan facility is guaranteed, among others, with the company’s assets,” she said.

DSSA will the utilise the loan facility to fund general corporate needs, including funding operational activities and business expansion of the company and its subsidiaries.

“The loan facility may cause the debt-to-equity ratio to rise by 11.42%,” Chandra added.

According to IDNFinancials data, DSSA booked revenue of USD 4.09 billion within the first nine months (9M) of 2023. Meanwhile, its net profit was recorded at USD 375.82 million. (KR/ZH)
