JAKARTA. PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY), an information technology service and trading company, has obtained a shareholder loan facility from PT Envy Manajemen Konsultasi (EMK) worth IDR 16 billion.

This facility was signed on December 27, 2023. For the record, until November2023, EMK was still listed as the owner of 7.24% of ENVY.

Regarding this loan facility, ENVY is charged with an interest of 10% per annum. The tenor agreed upon is set to 1 year, unguaranteed.

“The facility secured from EMK will be utilised as working capital by the company, thus allowing the company to improve its business activities, and it is expected to increase the company’s revenue in the future,” said the management of ENVY in the official release.

According to IDNFinancials data, ENVY has yet to publish its financial report since the first quarter of 2023 until the third quarter of this year. Its total assets as of December 2022 were reported at IDR 35.36 billion, while its total equity was at minus IDR 11.44 billion. (KR/ZH
