Bank Woori to set up interim dividend of IDR 171.36 billion this January
JAKARTA – PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA) agrees upon the plan of interim dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2023, with total allocation of IDR 171.36 billion, on January 26, 2024.
According to the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) quoted today (2/1), the decision of distributing interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023 was made by the Board of Directors of the company, and then approved by the Board of Commissioners of SDRA on December 27, 2023.
With total listed shares of 8.57 billion, the interim dividend of SDRA for the fiscal year 2023 is set to IDR 20 per share. As mentioned above, the dividend will be officially distributed on January 26, 2024.
The dividend will be given to shareholders officially listed by January 11, 2024. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled to take place on January 5 and 8, 2024, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on January 9-10, 2024.
Until the end of November 2023, 84.2% of SDRA were controlled by Woori Bank Korea. PT Apramesis Meta Investama claimed another 6.78%, followed by Arief Budiman of 0.03%. Meanwhile, the remaining 8.99% were shared among public investors.
This interim dividend allocation is based on SDRA’s financial record as of September 2023, which consisted of net profit of IDR 528.3 billion, retained earnings of IDR 5.06 trillion, and total equity of IDR 10.26 trillion. (ZH)
