JAKARTA - A subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BMMA), has received a loan facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk worth US$750 million.

The signing of this loan facility agreement took place on December 29, 2023. Based on the official statement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website today (2/1), this facility consists of Facility A amounting to US$ 600 million and Facility B amounting to US$ 150 million.

In addition, the loan amount from Facility A can be transferred to Facility B. Facility B is also equipped with an option to increase the loan amount by US$ 250 million, so that the maximum total loan can reach US$ 1 billion.

Facility A will be available for 6 months from the date of signing the loan facility agreement, while Facility B has a longer availability period, namely 24 months or 2 years.

The facility interest charged to BUMA is set at 2.50% per year + USD Term SOFR. Meanwhile, repayment is scheduled 69 months after the first withdrawal from each facility.

"Facility A will be used for refinancing debt that BUMA already has, while Facility B will be used for acquisitions or investments made by BUMA or for funding capital expenditure," said DOID management in its official broadcast today (2/1).

The collateral proposed for this loan includes fiduciary collateral for BUMA's assets, collateral for BUMA's accounts, as well as shares in BUMA's subsidiaries. (ZH/LM)
