JAKARTA. PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), a coal mining company under Adaro Group, has channelled an extra capital of IDR 376.7 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Alam Tri Cakra Indonesia (ATCI).

The capital is given in regard to the issuance of 376,678 new shares carried out by ATCI. All those shares are taken over by ADMR.

“This transaction is carried out as a strategy of development of the company’s structure to support expansion plan in the future,” said the management of ADMR in the official disclosure.

After granting this added capital, ADMR is the controlling shareholder of ATCI, directly owning 90.83% of the shares. Meanwhile, PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) has another 9.16% of ATCI, while PT Alam Tri Abadi (ATA) secures another 0.001%.

For the record, AEI and ATA are companies affiliated with ADMR. Previously, all shares of ATCI were under ADMR through AEI and ATA. (KR/ZH)
