JAKARTA - PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) and its subsidiary, PT Pyfa Sehat Indonesia (PSI), have transferred their portions in PT Mega Inter Distrindo (MID) to PT Sukses Makmur Abadi (SMA) and its affiliate, PT Sari Murni Abadi.

Nadia Miranty Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of PYFA, mentioned that the divestment will lead to the change of MID’s controlling shareholder. “The company is no longer and affiliate of Mega Inter Distrindo," she confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (3/1).

According to Verdiana, the stock transfer in MID to SMA is linked to the company’s ongoing business plan. The company and SMA are not affiliated. “The total divestment value is IDR 505 million,” she said.

It is known that MID was formed in 2023 for pharmaceutical drug wholesale activities. Its assets were recorded at IDR 1.47 billion with PYFA’s direct ownership of 99%. (LK/ZH)
