JAKARTA - PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM), a processed tobacco manufacturer, bags IDR 12.96 billion from divesting 3.79 million shares. Those sold shares originate from a buyback held since October until December 2023.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (3/1), Krisna T., Director of WIIM, mentioned that the company collects IDR 2.08 billion from the divestment of 659,700 shares on December 31, 2023. “The selling price is set to IDR 3,162 per share, with the sale arranger, PT MNC Sekuritas,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Wedneday (3/1).

In November 2023, this issuer raked in IDR 10.46 billion from selling 3,029,900 shares for IDR 3,454.53 per share. Furthermore, in October 2023, the proceeds reached IDR 409.80 million from divesting 110,000 shares for IDR 3,725.45 per share.

As of November 30, 2023, WIIM recorded 2.09 billion shares, 25.48% of which belonged to Indahtati Widjajadi. Stephen Walla and Ronald Walla claimed another 15.18% each, followed by Sugito Winarko of 7.3%, the public of 31.8%, and treasury stock of 1.18%. (LK/ZH)
