JAKARTA - PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas (DMS) now serves as one of shareholders of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) starting from last week (28/12). Its portion in ITMA now reaches 6.39% from the initial 0%.

The information disclosure compiled by IDNFinancials today (4/1), the shareholder structure of ITMA post-transaction will consist of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) of 41.90%, Trust Energy Resources Pte Ltd (TER) of 29.89%, DMS of 6.39%, and the public of 21.83% of total 999.05 million shares. Prior to this, ITMA’s shareholder structure was made up of BIPI of 41.90%, TER of 29.89%, and the public of 28.22%.

On December 28, 2023, ITMA was closed at IDR 750 per share, increasing from yesterday’s closing price. The volume of transaction reached 17.95 million shares, all recorded within 5,192 transactions worth IDR 13.35 billion. (LK/ZH)
