JAKARTA – Timothy Siddik Shu adds 4.7% into its portion in PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX) via PT Binexcom Mandiri Buana (BMB). With this extra portion, Siddik now records ownership percentage of 61.04%.

Based on the information disclosure quoted Thursday (4/1), Siddik acquired 62.61 million shares in ZYRX for IDR 250 each, totalling to IDR 15.65 billion. Said price is IDR 78 higher than the closing price of IDR 172 per share recorded yesterday (3/1).

Prior to this, Siddik recorded owning 56.34% of ZYRX or 751.61 million shares, followed by Collen Siddik Shu that claimed another 18.75% or 250 million shares, and the public of 24.91% of total 1.33 billion shares.

As of September 2023, this issuer reported increases in revenue and profit. Its revenue reportedly reached IDR 230.78 billion, growing from IDR 188.32 billion, as did its profit that soared from IDR 22.47 billion to IDR 29.88 billion.

The third-party users that contributed over 10% to the total revenue include PT Indomarco Prismatama, which generated IDR 56.9 billion, and PT Dragon Computer & Communication that made IDR 54.77 billion. (LK/ZH)
