Debuting on IDX, Asri Karya Lestari is the first listed issuer this year
JAKARTA. PT Asri Karya Lestari Tbk (ASLI) becomes the first company that makes its debut on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2024, after holding its initial public offering (IPO) from December 29, 2023, until January 3, 2024.
In its IPO, ASLI offered 1.25 billion shares of IDR 50 each for IDR 100 per share. All those issued shares are equal to 20% of its total issued and paid-up capital post-IPO.
With said offering price, ASLI managed to raise fresh funds of IDR 125 billion in the IPO.
Furthermore, the number of shares of ASLI that are listed on IDX is 6.25 billion shares. Thus, the market capitalisation of the company post-IPO has reached IDR 625 billion.
According to IDNFinancials data, ASLI is a company engaged in the infrastructure sector, under building construction sub-industry. As of now, 69.52% of ASLI are under the control of Sudjatmiko. PT Berjaya Capital Investama claims another 10.4%, followed by Subandi of 8% and retail investors of 20%. (KR/ZH)
