JAKARTA - PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO) shareholders are busy selling their shares in transactions that took place last week of December 2023.

Compiled from information disclosure on Friday (5/1), PT Timmsvale released 11.85% or 302 million shares at a price of IDR 98 per share on (19/12). The total transaction value was recorded at IDR 29.59 billion.

A week later (27/12), three other members of the board of directors followed in Timmsvale's footsteps in selling all their shares in EURO, among others, Juliet Widjaja amounting to 6.28% or 160 million with a value of IDR 22.40 billion, Johansen Ngian sold 320 million shares or 12.55 % at a price of IDR 140 per share, and Jeanny Widjaja sold 120 million shares at a price of IDR 154 per share.

The selling price of Jeanny's shares on (28/12) corresponds to the closing price of share trading transactions, namely IDR 154 per share. In contrast, Juliet and Johansen's share transactions were set at the lowest price of IDR 140 per share.

In November 2023, the number of EURO shares was recorded at 2.54 billion with the ownership structure namely, PT Timmsvale 54.93%, Johansen Ngian 12.55%, Juliet Widjaja 6.28%, and Jeanny Widjaja 4.71%. The share ownership composition of this issuer is 67.48% controlling and 32.52% non-controlling. (LK/LM)
