JAKARTA. Approximately 2 million shares of PT UFO Elektronika Tbk (UFOE) have been once again acquired by its President Commissioner, Pudji Harianto, through two transactions on January 2 and 4, 2024.

Cindy Harianto Poedji, Manager of UFOE, said that the shares were bought for IDR 197 each. Therefore, the total transaction of those shares’ acquisition reaches IDR 394 million.

“The purpose of this transaction is investment with direct ownership,” Poedji added in the official release.

According to IDNFinancials data, Harianto had also bought 1.1 million shares of UFOE on December 18, 2023 for IDR 186 per share. Then, on December 27, 2023, Harianto had also purchased 5.5 million UFOE’s shares for IDR 192.36 each.

After the shares’ acquisition on January 2 and 4, 2024, Harianto’s portion in UFOE now rises to 134.8 million shares, which are equal to 5.90% of total issued and paid-up capital of UFOE.

Within the last 5 trading days, UFOE’s stock price rises 1.52% or 3 points higher to IDR 200 per share. However, looking at the past year, it has declined 2 points or 0.99%. (KR/ZH)
