JAKARTA. PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA), a telecommunication and internet service provider, will issue Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah II of Moratelindo Phase II Year 2024 with total principal of IDR 750 billion.

This sukuk is a part of the Public Offering of Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah II of MORA with total targeted proceeds of IDR 3 trillion. Prior to this, the company issued its first phase of sukuk ijarah with total principal of IDR 488.55 billion.

In its second round, MORA offers two series of sukuk, consisting of series A of IDR 264.18 billion and series B of IDR 9.6 billion. The yield instalment allocated for series A if IDR 26.42 billion, while series B has a yield instalment of IDR 9.6 billion.

“The remaining amount of offered ijarah yield instalment is IDR 476.22 billion for series A of Sukuk Ijarah, while series B will be guaranteed with best effort,” said the management of MORA in the issued prospectus.

The public offering of Sukuk Ijarah MORA Phase II will take place from January 9-11, 2024. The electronic distribution of the sukuk is scheduled on annuary 16, 2024, followed by the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on January 17, 2024.

Several parties assigned as joint lead underwriters include PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Sucor Sekuritas, and PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia. Meanwhile, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) will be named trustee. (KR/ZH)
