JAKARTA - PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR) realized IDR 62.15 billion to buy back 208.87 million shares during the period of 13 September-29 December 2023

In an information disclosure quoted on Monday (15/1), Vishal Tulsian, President Director of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR) said that the average share purchase price was set at IDR 297.08 per share. The percentage of shares that have been bought back is 56.818% and the remaining buyback funds are IDR 57.84 billion.

As of December 2023, the number of AMAR shares was recorded at 18.38 billion with the owner structure including, Tolaram Pte Ltd 70.952%, Investree Singapore Pte 13.057%, Vishal Tulsian (director) 1.598%, B Budijanto (director) 0%, R Eka Banyuaji ( directors) 0.02%, Navin Nahata, Zainal Abidin Hasni and Ratna Heinawati each as commissioners (0%).
