JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) gains strength to the green zone in the session II of today’s (16/1) trading session on the stock exchange. Although corrected in the first minute of the morning session, the Index continued to show increasing performance compared to yesterday’s (15/1) pattern.

According to the session II monitored today at 2.40 PM WIB, JCI was at 7,257.15. It improves from JCI’s position at 7,224.00 during the closing bell of session II yesterday (15/1).

JCI managed to increase during the opening of today’s morning session to 7,228.39 before dropping to 7,218.85 at 9.05 WIB. Thankfully, the Index continued to improve, peaking at 7,261.09 at the closing bell of morning session.

Several other indexes also indicate growth, including LQ45 that was positively corrected 0.43% to 987,290, IDX30 up by 0.27% to 504,530, IDX80 rose 0.28% to 132,910, and IDXESGL that shifted 1.02% to 152,146. (LK/ZH)
