JAKARTA - PT BPD Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) channelled credits of IDR 53.39 trillion throughout 2023, increasing from IDR 46.19 trillion in 2022. Within the past five years, its credit distribution has continued to grow.

Based on the 2023 Financial Report quoted today (17/1), Bank Jatim’s channelled credits consist of consumer credit of IDR 30.26 trillion, up by 9.23% year-on-year (yoy); micro credit of IDR 7.62 trillion, increasing 44.02% yoy; commercial and corporate credit of IDR 7.06 trillion, growing 6.80% yoy; retail and medium enterprise credit of IDR 6.64 trillion, also up by 41.32% yoy; and sharia financing IDR 2.19 trillion, rising 14.94% yoy.

Total savings from users were recorded at IDR 75.48 trillion, consisting of related parties’ savings of IDR 12.64 trillion and third-parties’ savings of IDR 63.20 trillion.

Throughout 2023, it managed to book net interest and sharia income of IDR 5.04 trillion, growing from IDR 4.91 trillion. However, its current year’s profit was IDR 1.47 trillion, slipping from IDR 1.54 trillion in 2022. (LK/ZH)
